Bio:
Shelley’s first lighting design for SGT was for Talk Radio in 1992. She was hired at the last minute and has remained ever since! Since joining the company in 1993, Shelley has designed numerous productions at our various locations. Some favorites include Talk Radio, The Manchurian Candidate, A Streetcar Named Desire, All My Sons, Judgment at Nuremburg and The Glass Menagerie. In addition to lighting shows for Shattered Globe, Shelley recently joined the SGT grant writing team. Shelley holds an MFA in Lighting Design from Northwestern University and a BS in Mathematics and Theatre from Eureka College. Ms. Holland has recently returned to teaching and is an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Northwest. She and her husband Bruce have 2 girls (Mary and Kathryn). In her spare time, Shelley is a fitness instructor, enjoys riding motorcycles with Bruce and takes great pleasure in working on her 100+ year old home.
